Can CPanel be more efficient in addon domains?

After trying to add addon domains in my CPanel, it still doesn’t work with errors in adding. I have no choice but to ask BlueHost to help me to add… One chat request after another… I managed to get my addon domains done only through the Live Chat… My tickets are left unanswered for quite some time… I attempted to go through Live Chat and ask them to help me do more than 20 addon domains! I was rejected and was asked to do a ticket sending for request…

I wonder if Blue Host guys are overloaded with work that they must have missed my ticket… I hope they are looking into it soon… Can CPanel be more efficient?? I have to trouble those guys to help me add domains manually because of CPanel problems!
