Every website contains sweat!

While doing my reviews, I am also building up a new website, continuing the job of organizing the information while my web designer has finished its web design.  After working for about 3 hours on the site, it is still about 1% done!

I can still remember the days when I started to build up this blog “Charles Lau dot Com”.  It took me a lot of dedication in terms of my time, effort and money to get everything up.  At that time, my mentality of setting up this blog is to do testing and familarizing myself with the blogging world.

It brought me a lot of memories and helped me to get to know a lot of friends online who are also working on their own online business.  I was so enthusiastic to try all sorts of things online at that time.

If you were to ask me what you should do to start, I would recommend you to start with a few social media tools that you are familiar with.  Starting a website which you have confident in.  Just put all your focus onto that one website first and get it up and running.  And it will just flow accordingly.  It’s that simple!

While we are all enjoying the fruits of other people’s hard work, every website really contains a lot of sweat!  We have to work on the web design, web contents, web marketing, and also to work out on its income out of everything on the web.

Starting the website may be easier than maintaining the website.  Though starting a website is already quite painful, the maintenance part is also a slow pain.  It must be a workable business, or else it has no meaning working on it.  It must create a win-win situation, or else nobody will want to visit your website.

I am now even more appreciative of every single website being created! :)
