I personally think that blogging is crucial in your personal branding.  There are still many doubts out there about blogging.  I know of friends who think that blog contents is not as authentic as books.  I would like to think they are both authentic.  Because the truth is how much you can absorb in the contents, and to come out with something that is really authentic.  It’s good to get different suggestions and ideas about the same topic.  And you will tend to get even more ideas from blogs than in books!

Keep blogging, as it helps in your search engine optimization, and it also helps in your personal branding as you get more and more subscribers reading about you.

So what’s the secret of building your identity?

Simply, just write and write and write. That’s all you need to do.

It doesn’t really matter if you are really clueless about what you are writing.  That’s how blog came about actually.  Blog is a place for us to write about ourselves.  It doesn’t have to be really formal and free from spelling mistakes and grammar mistakes.

And the more you write, the more that the search engine will index all your keywords.  And you will become findable by the search engines.   Isn’t that wonderful for your potential employers and your potential customers?
