“Hello, My Name Is Charles!” Scott simply amazes me with two things. Firstly, he is of the same age as me! 
Secondly, he is being entrepreneurial enough to introduce himself in a friendly way! Wearing name tag everywhere you go is simply an easy way to let everybody know something about you – Your Name. Come on, let’s start to break the ice! Name is simply the very first thing you have to tell everybody before you should tell them what you want from them (Let’s say asking them to listen to your sales pitch?)

Being the Uncool Person In Childhood
When we were young, it is so uncool to show off something about yourself. We tend to be discouraged by the surrounding classmates for talking too much, or being outstanding in a very different way from them. But what they didn’t realize is that being different is what this society has always wanted for innovation and creativity. In additional, when we are proud of being the outstanding one, it is actually leading a person into becoming a real outstanding person in the society!
I remember when I was still studying in kindergarten, all of us have to put on a name tag on our clothes. It is to let the teacher identify us easily. I don’t find it a hassle to take it off when the school is over. But as we grow older into primary school, I remember seeing some of my friends start taking off their name tags because they said that “it is no good to let people outside know our names!” I thought so too… And it became a habit to take on and off the name tag…
Name Tag Used In Networking Session
I remember usually at any typical networking session which I had attended mostly, everybody will start putting off that name tag at the end of the session. Well, the idea behind putting that name tag in a networking session is to break the ice by calling that person’s name. We all will feel personal when a stranger calls us by name and welcomes us, am I right to say that? Having to carry on putting that name tag, you are engaging yourself into a networking session with the world! Aren’t you love doing networking since you went for such sessions? Well, it looks so weird when we do that because of peer pressures. Well, it all depends on your personal interest already… Be it a hobby to make more friends? Or looking for more business prospects? Or making connections with the people around you so that you wouldn’t be alone when you are really alone!
What if the whole world starts to put on name tag?
This world will be so much personal… We will all start to get closer with one another… All the good things will start to happen… People getting attached with strangers… You go around calling people names… But the people with evil thoughts will also start to leverage on this name tag too… Well, it’s pros and cons in this world after all… Life is filled with up and down, left and right, blue and red, black and white, good and bad… Hence, why worried so much? Let’s look on the bright side…
Probably when I am walking down the street alone reading newspapers, somebody will approached me saying “Hey Charles, what are you reading today?” My first reaction will be “oh wow! This guy is cool to approach me so personally!”
And when it is natural that everybody wears a name tag, strangers approaching me will be a norm. I wouldn’t feel lonely when I am alone walking in the street! haha
