What Is Your Sitting Posture When You Are At Your Desk?

by Charles on 26 July 2007

I tend to slide down my chair as I work longer on my laptop. My back will lean on the chair more while my buttock will start to move down away from the chair. This is very bad for our sitting posture while using the computer. I found this article about “7 Habits To Improve Posture” as I was busy working on my site. I think it is important for every one of us to have a good sitting posture… I must admit I am not really a good example of it.

And I think because of my bad habit, I tend to slouch my back as I walk… I am 1.83 meters tall… But because I slouch, my friends thought I am only somewhere 1.78 meters…

Well, take a look at it and consider making your change now!

  • I am definitely guilty of sitting improperly at my computer chair, and recently I've been going to the chiropractor to try and correct that, hopefully in the end it gets better for me, because I need to have good posture, in fact we all do!

    Till then,

  • Today, I'm in a good mood so I'm sitting comfortably. A sitting posture is just a matter of time, and depends on your mood that time. i do, that too always,my back lean on the chair, encase I'm working too longer in front of my computer.
  • i am too. i am not suited in a good sitting posture, cause of my bad habit. But then, i just sit on what i am comfortable with. and it defends on my mood.
