In Singapore, I think they have a closer eye on the news, but in the blogsphere, when events happen in America usually bloggers are the ones who tell the truth and not the media.

Hey Sunny, you have open up my vision about bloggers in America... I think most Singaporeans still don't appreciate blogging as a business just yet... I do see some rising Singaporeans now..

Whether to read and own a blog goes back towards the authority of blogs. The main stream media are sell out to big corporations in America, unlike in Singapore. In America more bloggers tend to invest in blogging than anywhere in the world. The average people favor reading blog because bloggers tend to say the truth unlike the media. So yeah people will still buy blogs. Blogs are a type of business and businesses are created, bought, and sold every day.
