After hearing what CopyBlogger has blogged about How to tell the truth, Brian Clark mentioned that telling a story is the solution.  Telling the truth can get a lot of attention, especially when people are sick of being lied and betrayed.  And if people reject what you have said (whether it is true or not), you are back where you started.

I have some thoughts about the truth.  Truth is all about being positive.  When you are truthful, you experience real growth.  You admit your mistakes, you learn from where you have gone wrong.  You embrace your success, you gain credibility.

A lot of people tend to fake their ways to make it to the top.  They feel that this is the real world that they are in.  But they are in the wrong because they will only attract like-minded people and make their “real world” even more “realistic”.  People will leave them.  They are just afraid of other “dogs” eating themselves who are “dogs” too.

The real benefits of being truthful is with the new experience you gain.  You can get all the real benefits of growth.  You will attract both truthful people, as well as the “real world” people.  Both will respect you.  But the “real world” people will try to protect you in such a way that it somehow restricts your growth as well.

Anther benefit is that you don’t have to remember all your lies.  And when you remember your lies, you tried to use another lie to cover this lie.  This is just making things more complicated.

Why don’t we just be positive in life?  Don’t you think so, Brian?

I was working really hard on my internet business. I have my girlfriend who is worried about my employment and she thought of me as having fun with the Internet, and not serious in looking for a job. Oh well, she might have a perception that making money has no fun after all. Seriously speaking, I have to work on multiple sources of income to bring in the money because I have a thought of living with her in our very own house for the rest of our lives.

Definitely, I am not going to give up looking for a job as well since that is considered as one source of income which is my cashcow to bite on while working on a new business. I remember my millionaire business mentor once told me before that I have to take care of my income while working on my business because I can’t just survive without income. And he told me that I have to work on anything that can bring in the income, while focusing on building up my business. And this “anything” is called CashCow. Sorry, cashcow != John Cow. But I must admit that John Cow is a genius in making money online. Do join him to learn more from him!

I have a very strong faith that Internet business is the way to go today. I gave up working on my physical business for this. I go to the extend of looking for a job, instead of looking for another business to take care of. That’s because internet business is the way to go!

But of course, we have to look forward to build a complete life. The primary reason why we are focusing on building a business is to provide comfort for us and our family and friends. There is no reason why we should work on internet when working on a job can easily give us instant cash. There’s this learning curve that we have to go through in order to succeed. And this learning curve is actually our friend because it actually puts off a lot of people who cannot pull through!

So, let’s talk about the seven things towards an Internet life.

1. Family: We must put our family before anything, because they are the reason for our business venture. If you don’t put family in your focus, life will be meaningless when you have the money and nobody to spend with.
2. Fitness: We must have living on a good health in order to spend all the money that we made. Fitness is also useful for us to work better and have a better focus on our work. My fitness instructor told me that one person must exercise for 30 minutes for at least three times a week. And those three times must be evenly distributed around the week. This should keep us in good health, and also helps in cutting off those fats!
3. Friends: Life will be meaningless if we don’t have people of the same age and frequency to enjoy. While we may be working really hard on our business, spending 1 night every few weeks out with friends might be good for you to keep in touch. When you have made enough money and have more time, friends can be great companions!
4. Love: Interestingly said. Your other half might have some difference with you, but you simply love her very much. The reason why we can never understand woman, is because their name is “Woman”. They yearn a lot for our leadership in their lives, and to lead a better life with them. They might be nagging, but that’s because they need a man in their lives to take care of them. They can never be logical, because they need a man who is logical in their lives! They can make great companion for the rest of our lives… And children are the results of our love..
5. Faith: Do you have the faith in life? Do you have the presence of God in your life? Sometimes, life can be really hard to explain. And it’s up to God to give us an answer. God is the reason for us to live a better life. In fact, with God in your heart to rely on, you are virtually powerful in everything that you do because what you say will come true! So, be careful of what you are saying… Negative sayings will produce negative results… So, if any negative things that you see, you better shut up and work towards your goal… Or else, you might just as well say a positive solution out of it.
6. Career: When I told my girlfriend that my internet business is my career, she gave me a thought of thinking I must be crazy. In fact, I can’t blame her because in Singapore, I can see that most of the business people are not innovative. They simply follow and ask “Why it doesn’t work for me?”. Career is something very interesting. Once you start focusing on doing something, everything along that line will start to queue for you to work on. Maybe that’s called “The Law of Attraction”. So, if you are settled down with a mediocre job, you will only work along things with that kind of marginal salary. If we have a choice in life, why don’t we choose something which can make more money for us?
7. Goals: I think setting some goals in your life is good. It sets us to work towards it, and when we finally reached it, we felt a sense of success in our lives. That’s not the end still. From there, we will start to set new goals to work towards. As the saying goes “Success is a journey, not destination.” So, keep moving towards it. It helps in your career!

These are the seven things I am keeping myself to work towards. And they are the reason for me to work on. If you have a better way, do let me know too. Have fun making money online.

I was surfing around, making sure I am online and doing what I need to do to make money online. However, there is something which has come to my attention about the high failure rate in making money online. I have come to realize that those people who are really making money online, are really very hardworking in doing 10 things or more to bring their business one step ahead. It’s so true how Carl mentioned about tracking back the last 10 things I have done for my online business.
I asked myself why I am not making enough money online to make myself free from working on a job. That’s where I started to see a bigger picture. I was reading Seth Godin’s book about “The Dip“. And it looks like there’s a dip for me to breakthrough which I must thank Seth for this precious little book of advice. There is this fear of letting go and putting myself commit since the meager income is pretty much like a safety net for me. In fact, it is going to be insufficient for me to carry on with it.

Failing to make money online is actually quite hard to do so. Why am I saying that? Just take 10 minutes at the end of the day and reflect what are the 10 efficient things online you have been doing for the whole day. Are they bringing you a step ahead? And to fail, it is as simple as not doing anything to make yourself successful.

In fact, as Seth Godin mentioned that the dip is actually our best ally since it is that dip which separates us from the failures. All we need to do, is to breakthrough that dip and we shall see a light at the end of the dark tunnel…

Looking at the things I have done online, I am feeling guilty myself that I have not worked hard enough to accomplish my ten things daily. Let’s now look forward, and move on to build our online career from now on!

As we all grow older, we tend to focus more and more towards making money more than almost any other things. Most of all, we must never ever forget about our woman of our lives. We have so much things to do, and yet if you don’t fulfill a family plan, life seems to be quite empty in the end. The real reason for all my endeavors is to build a family who can live comfortably with me. That’s the only reason for my motivation to move on… How about you?

Making money online is just one of the income sources we can build along the way. It has no doubt bring in income for me, and I seem to be building more and more income from the Internet business. That’s only to mean I am getting more and more busy with my Internet business… On top of that, I am also motivated to work really hard in a system integration company I am now in… One of the reasons is that I used to like playing with IT gadgets and this is my real chance to touch with it without actually working on it… That’s because I am employed as a sales engineer there… My focus is to bring in sales… And my motivation is to bring in more sales so that I can build a bigger income for myself.

What it takes to build a business?
I don’t care whether you are building your own business, or you are working for others. It all really matters with your working attitude in your working environment. And when I first started to adapt myself in the sales job, I am so green in almost everything that I touch on. This boss is rather strict with me probably because I am partially responsible for bringing in income for the company. But I like that because I can then tune myself accordingly to work well. If you are too lazy to work on something, I think you better don’t start a business… Stop daydreaming!

Goal Building
Start building a goal for yourself! Make yourself see the goal that you want to work towards. Face it and enjoy the roller-coaster ride! Most importantly, build yourself up from scratch and don’t ignore something for other things! Everything comes together! Don’t focus on your business, only to ignore your girlfriend… Don’t focus on your girlfriend, only to ignore your career! They have to be balanced…

Age between 20 to 30
Believe it or not… I realize the age between 20 to 30 is the time to start up and to fall if it fails… This is the time to go through all the obstacles towards your goal… Bring in the money from online, offline or even from a job… Just get that money… Don’t be to reliant on other people’s money while they are not paying you for something… If you have a healthy cashflow, your expenses will never exceed your income!

Following up with my previous blog post about the law of attraction, I have now managed to watch the whole movie “The Secret”. I personally think it’s a good movie that awakens the giant within a lot of people out there! My girlfriend told me that this show is like teaching about psychic… I think if it’s something that can get what we want, I will use this “psychic” power. Anyway, it’s nothing about psychic. It’s just about attraction.

If you have talked to a lot of people who are striving hard to do a business, you will hear from those people – who are making some money out there – learning something very powerful. Just imagine ourselves that we are taking each day doing sales to make our ends meet whereas the employees out there are getting their “stable” salary every month. To continue with the motivation to move on and make money this month, next month and every month, it has a lot to do with the so-called “Law of Attraction”.

Doing business is never easy way of making money. Though the mechanism of making money is pretty straightforward (just give the supply to the demands), it is nevertheless required to have lots of effort and patience to keep testing and trying till something works. And in the progress of working out the business, there is a lot of distractions along the way which can sway your focus away from your business.

Business is mentally a lonely path. You don’t have a boss up there to nag you to finish your work. Logically speaking, we got to nag ourselves till we start working… But did we actually do that? That commands a difference between the successful ones from the rest…

Self-discipline is never easy especially when we are starting out on Internet business… I just think about myself sitting in front of the computer screen, working really hard and not making much money right at my beginning stage… At least my past physical business can almost easily reveal cash rewards for the selling efforts I have made almost instantly. Internet business not only burned your pocket paying per click, it also burned your effort seeing no instant results! Almost anybody can start to wonder about the truth of making money online.

But the miracle of self-discipline is actually very natural… Nothing miracle about it… Everybody on earth knows that you reap what you sow… If you don’t have the self-discipline to keep sowing, you probably won’t continue reaping!

What’s so happening with making money online? It takes lots of efforts on one side… And Alvin is right to say that we should do some sidelines to keep ourselves alive! Any new business that we do is like a stranger to us actually… And we are trying our best to familiarize with this stranger as fast as possible to get ourselves on track!

Following the sequel of We Think Best When We Rest, I have been having a lot of things at hand to work on which require a lot of critical thinking. And now with Cash Quests review, I have to look into my own blog for a revamp as well… While working on so many things related in both personal and business, I have recently overworked myself with too little sleep… And caused myself to be really sleepy! And while I was driving outside, I almost fell asleep once just last night! That’s so dangerous! I told myself not to overwork again… Ok, now let’s start this Part 2!

Do you know that we have no choice in learning what we want to learn? All these while, wherever we go we tend to use our eyes to see things. And because we see things, we might not be able to choose what not to see as well. And when we see things that we didn’t want to see, we start to learn new things in our sub-conscious mind… This learning curve is not as though we are trying to learn conscientiously by reading a book which teaches us things. And as too many items start to cramp into your brain, it is time to close your eyes and clear your mind and dump them inside your brain. (Please see Part 1 for greater understanding… I am not going to repeat what this means over here.) The more you keep your eyes open to work or to play, the more you will need to close your eyes and use your brain to start collecting the information your eyes have stored. Yes, the brain does its job of collecting information as well… But if you keep on going from places to places, your brain is not able to catch up with the collection… And in the end, you will end up with incomplete information in your brain which is still not stored yet… Plus, remember that we only retrieve information from our brain, not from our eyes! Hence, there are people who tend to be forgetful when too many things came happening together…

No, we still have some control over what to learn! This requires some discipline on our part… We can choose not to be too playful to go anywhere that might be dangerous… Or, we can choose to go anywhere that is good for our eyes… For example, we can avoid watching television programs… For years, it has been known that television can be an effective tool to “brainwash” any particular country to learn the things that is required… For example, if your government wishes to promote babies, they might ask the television producers to create some TV programs related to happy family and the joy of having babies… Or, if you wish to learn more about business, you can simply take a business book and read it. Whether you choose to read or not, so long as your eyes and ears go anywhere, they will keep on capturing information on the way whether you like it or not! So, start going to places you want to learn or have fun… Don’t be too open-minded about anything..

Be careful of the words you speak, or the songs you sing! Many people tend to say things that they don’t meant to… Things like “I am now so poor…”, “Oh I have lost…”, “I cannot make it anymore…” or even just “Oh sh*t!”… When in reality we are really at a certain stage that we don’t wish to, we better watch out for our mouth saying out negative things… Instead of saying negative things, we could say positive things like “I could have done better!”, “Oh I will win the next time…”, “I will make it again!” or just keep quiet about it! This kind of thing produces the attraction around you to fulfill what you have just said, as well as educating yourself sub-consciously to store it in your brain!

Even the songs that we are singing affect us as well… When you focus on the sad songs, chances are you might have a sad life now, later, either on the surface or deep inside your heart… You might say that it will not happen to you as the song is really very nice to listen…. But your mind is capturing everything, giving no chance!

Conclusion
Everybody has been saying that if you want to be rich, you should mix around with the rich people… If you want to be the top salesman, you should mix around with the top salespeople to learn from them… If you can understand the technically why it is so, you should appreciate why you have to do all these things!

I have not watched “The Secret” yet but I heard from friends that it is about the law of attraction. Way before “The Secret” was launched, I have a similar kind of definition for the Law of Attraction. It has conditioned me to who I am right now, and that I realize it has helped me so much in my path towards entrepreneurship that I am somehow used to things happening around me and to handle them with a cool mind.

Before I carry on, let’s have a look at the video below about a person who is going through a painful day of wealth conditioning for herself…

No, she wasn’t insane… She is just conditioning herself, exposing herself, telling everybody, making it very clear what she wants in life… She is doing everything she can to become the millionaire that she always wanted. This is not something everybody dares to say and do… Just try yourself by keep saying out loud and clear that you want to be rich, you want to get your goals and all the things for ten minutes… And you will get what I mean… You will feel really good inside… you will feel very good outside too! Everything that seems impossible is now possible… You have just eliminated the fear in you to move on and make that million dollars!

My Own Experience doing the same thing in 2004
I used to work in two sales companies before. Both have lots of sales training for me to take up to cultivate myself towards making a better life. Doing sales is pretty much hectic but if you can pull it through, the victory is sweet. During those days, I was asked to do almost the same thing as what the lady above in video did… I feel really good… And I kept shouting “YES!”… I keep saying the things that I want! I just keep on singing motivating songs and reject sad songs… I was at my peak at that moment… Then a few days later, the peak feeling went down… I have to keep on doing it on every single day! Just keep pumping myself, keep telling myself, keep making a breakthrough…

When I am on my own
When I no longer work with the sales companies and starting out on my own business, the feeling of both positivity and negativity keeps on haunting me. I have to do some self-pumping.. Tell myself that I can make it… Make myself feel that I am already at the top with the top producers… The learning curve was pretty much extreme and yet I have nobody to fall back to like in the past… And after I worked on my own for about 3 years, I am often been told that I am too positive in life… I am feeling really good, hearing that! That’s what I want… And now, I am working on my blog, talking about motivations as part of my interests.

Ok, enough for the video and about me… Let’s talk about Law of Attraction (in my context… I haven’t seen “The Secret” yet.)

What you focus on expands
When you think that you are really good at certain skills, you are! When you think that you are really bad at something, you are true too! It is all about conditioning ourselves to believe which area we want to be an expert in. And when we are pushing ourselves to become an expert in something that we are not actually, we will pass through a small barrier and become a real expert in the end! We have to believe in what we are working on…

For example, when you are working as a salesperson for an electronic shop, you are being treated as an “expert” in all the electronic gadgets in the shop. When the customer asks you questions about the gadgets, you might get intimidated because you are afraid that you might not know… The solution is simple… Simply read as much product information as you are working in the shop. Feel yourself as an expert being asked questions by the customers… Try to answer as much as you can, and pause the customer a while if you don’t know so that you can ask another salesman for assistance.

Simple Guideline: Just Do It!

What you say will become true
Be careful of what you say! It will come true eventually… If you come across something which you don’t want, don’t say it out! Because when you say it out, you are fulfilling the nature to take place… What we want is the supernatural to take place… Many times, we can prove someone wrong by forcing ourselves to make something happen supernaturally when it don’t really happen naturally…

For example, when we see our bank account to be at near zero dollar, we tend to say that we are broke… Or we will say that we have no money… By saying it out, you are assuring everybody (including the nature) that you are really poor! Try not to say it out altogether… I know it is really zero dollar, you don’t have to lie… Just don’t say it out! Keep your faith on things that are going to bring you income! And just pray… It works!

Simple Guideline: When good things happen, say it out! When bad things happen, don’t say it!

How you see things will become true
There are two kinds of people… Visual and non-visual

Visual people believe a lot in what they are seeing… And when they don’t see something, they will think that that something doesn’t exist… These people might get cheated because sometimes seeing is not true…

Non-visual people believe words more than anything… These people might get cheated easily by what people say if they are not built a strong foundation of seeing things…

These are the two extreme cases I was trying to say. But if you look carefully, it is not about how visual or not you are… It is about the direction you want to go and just believe it! If you are a visual person, try to think deeper than just looking for facts… If you are non-visual, try to look some more for evidence…

By positioning yourself to see the things that you want, you are set to go in the direction you always wanted… It is either you look at what you have now, or you look what the future has for you… It is always good to look at the future rather than yourself as you are not going to become where you are right now!

But logically, it is not true!
Yes, I can understand that… You have to ask yourself what you really want in life… If you want something and yet logic is pushing you to do something that you don’t want, you might want to choose to “close your eyes” and follow through by your faith of belief… It works to “follow blindly” sometimes… Just ask yourself which direction you are always wanting to go…

There are only two ways if you wanted to aim at Goal A but logically you can’t make it!

1. If this is the case, you might just choose to follow blindly and move towards your goal! You wouldn’t want to be dragged by logics, right?
2. Or you might want to change the logic accordingly to what you wanted and make amendments and modifications in you goal.

Conclusion
Remember that it is not about right or wrong… Logics may or may not direct you to where you always wanted to go… In fact, it is about which direction you want to head to, and use the Law of Attraction to give you that extra strength to make it through…

Choose your destiny, and go for it!

Introduction
Have you been eating enough food everyday? Eating enough food doesn’t mean to keep up with the standard three meals a day… It is about eating whenever you are hungry! Well, I have come to a thought that many people who don’t hunger themselves every second, can have a better thought for the day! In fact, their brains are working much better than the rest who worked too much and skipped their meals and got themselves hungry.

Skipping Meals
It does happen to me that I have been working so much on my websites, that I do skip a meal or two. But I could feel the extreme hunger in me when I couldn’t think anymore as well. As a blogger, we are always thinking and reading. Information keeps on flowing in while the digestion of information is also working hard to keep the information… And there is this information overflow… And you will start to find yourself having a forgetful head…

Blank Mind After Work
I remember after I am done with my concentration into software programming back in those days, I will usually become really blank in my mind when I start to communicate with the outside world. My mind is as though it has stopped working at that moment of time. At first, I thought it was normal. But I realize it is actually to do with myself not having enough food.

It’s Nutrients That Count when Eating Food
In fact, having enough food is just a process. The secret lies behind the nutrients we need from the food. We will need to have enough nutrients to keep working on our business on a laptop. Check out this external site about Good Brain Food to eat since I am not an expert about food nutrients.

Eat Just Enough
I don’t believe in keeping the religion to eat 3 meals a day. I believe that if you are hungry, please go and eat. If you are not, please don’t stuff yourself with food. Just like anything in life, it is all about having a balance… Not too extreme on either ends!

I felt hungry right now… That’s why I am posting this!

Dear readers out there, please remember to eat if you are hungry… Don’t overwork yourself too much in front of the computers… and like how Scott thanked his readers in his 600th post, he is reminding us to thank our readers too… I hereby would like to thank all of you for reading this blog… If not for your support and interest, this blog wouldn’t carry on either.

In this world, there are people who wanted to do their own business. Yet, they are not going anywhere at all. Why is this so? They have this character called “Reasoning Problem”. Whether it is to do with doing business or just about anything in life where it needs your decision or action, if you really want to get something, stop reasoning and just go get it! Because they have been reasoning so much, they will fall into two solutions: One, don’t do business. Two, stuck and confused about it.

The Problem With Reasoning
I am not saying that it is no good to reason things out. I am trying to tell you that reasoning will simply get you nowhere! Let’s see why in step by step analysis below:

1. You have a business problem here.
2. You start to reason it out, laying out the pros and cons about doing business.
3. Yes, you know what the pros and cons are now.
4. But the cons seem to be too heavy for you to bear.
5. You are stuck and wonder if you should carry on “doing business blindly”…
6. So, you have a conclusion…. Quit!

Ok, you might tell me that this should be the way to do anything in life. I believe so. But if you do that, you have to get a mentality of solving those cons with a positive attitude! It can be really hard to do so sometimes… It might work, but it is going to make you do things “blindly” (blindly because you might think of those underlying problems while working with UNCERTAINTY!

The Solution!
Just start pathing your route! What do you want in life now? GO and GET IT! Got any problem to solve along the way? Go and solve it! Got a good idea along the way? Good, go and implement it along! Or else, just leave it alone! Now, let’s take a look step by step analysis below:

1. You have a business problem here.
2. But you have a passion for this business. No matter what it takes, you just WANT to get it!
3. So, you just take the responsibility and start to solve any problem that arise along the way.
4. And you know there’s a con side of it to be solved… So, you face the problem daringly! Even though you might not have a solution to solve it, but your huge passion is way more important than this small little problem!
5. You don’t want to reason it out, because there is nothing bad to talk about… You just want what you want!
6. So, you have a conclusion… Must GET IT!

Ok now, is this the way to do anything in life? I thought so too! Whenever we have that passion for that certain thing, we will just go all the way to get it! We may not realize such thing happen to us probably… But think of any incident where your passion overweigh everything…. Probably it’s your love? Or your hobby? Or a sports that you love to play and cannot compromise? Now, that’s the spirit to do a business!

Conclusion
Probably you might now be reasoning with yourself whether you should start your own Internet business… Whether you should quit your job for an Internet business which seems so uncertain to you right now… Or most likely, you might be thinking of working on your Internet business on a part time basis where you can still work to get your full monthly income… Or you are already doing a full time job with a part time Internet business…

No matter which way you choose, it is really up to your passion to make it a success… If your mentality is still about that money that you need to make for your family, just take it as it is and start working on your Internet business now! And for those who wanted to do Internet business right now, I don’t think I have to talk about it anymore… Because you are so overwhelmed with your passion that you want to do it without me talking about it…

Whichever route you take, I personally think it will work… It’s up to you to be either passionate, or logical.
