In the United States, Barnes & Noble has continued to perform well while Borders has foundered. Barnes & Noble has its own website to compete with Amazon, but also offers traditional bookstores. Traditional bookstores do have their advantages, the most important of which is that you can obtain a hardback or paperback book within minutes, rather than having to wait for days. I don't know whether bookstores will be around thirty years from now, but companies such as Barnes & Noble demonstrate that they certainly have a place in the present economy. I got my Aero Graphics to go up to 5.8 by adjusting the visual effects for best performance. when you buy a new computer windows is always adjusted to look all fancy and cool, but what they dont tell you is it slows down your computer alot.
