Eat More Food To Improve Your Thoughts

Have you seen my previous post about “You Think Best When You Rest“? It is receiving quite a good response from various blogs out there and I thought I could write something more in relationship with that.
Have you been eating enough food everyday? Eating enough food doesn’t mean to keep up with the standard three meals a day… It is about eating whenever you are hungry! Well, I have come to a thought that many people who don’t hunger themselves every second, can have a better thought for the day! In fact, their brains are working much better than the rest who worked too much and skipped their meals and got themselves hungry.
Skipping Meals
It does happen to me that I have been working so much on my websites, that I do skip a meal or two. But I could feel the extreme hunger in me when I couldn’t think anymore as well. As a blogger, we are always thinking and reading. Information keeps on flowing in while the digestion of information is also working hard to keep the information… And there is this information overflow… And you will start to find yourself having a forgetful head…
Blank Mind After Work
I remember after I am done with my concentration into software programming back in those days, I will usually become really blank in my mind when I start to communicate with the outside world. My mind is as though it has stopped working at that moment of time. At first, I thought it was normal. But I realize it is actually to do with myself not having enough food.
It’s Nutrients That Count when Eating Food

Eat Just Enough
I don’t believe in keeping the religion to eat 3 meals a day. I believe that if you are hungry, please go and eat. If you are not, please don’t stuff yourself with food. Just like anything in life, it is all about having a balance… Not too extreme on either ends!

I felt hungry right now… That’s why I am posting this!
