Introduction
I have been doing this blog for a while now. Along the way, there are a lot of distractions. Distractions to do another business, distractions to do the same business but with a wide diversity, and also distractions from my personal life. It can be a real headache when you start to see that you have to do everything from scratch. I will adopt a method I learnt from school called the “PRIME” method which means (1) Problems, (2) Research, (3) Ideas, (4) Methods, (5) Evaluation.

Problems
As I am working on this blog, I faced problems with advertisement placements, problems with applying for advertisements as they still need to review my site before approval, problems with getting enough readers to read it so that I can get advertisers to support my site, problems thinking of contents, and lastly problems working with WordPress to fine-tune to what I wanted. In fact, right now, I am still finding out how to put a contactme plugin for this site.

Research
As I am working on charleslau.com, I really really realise everything voices down to contents in the end… No matter how much I am working on the site maintenance, the contents are still the most important not to be missed. However, the past few days weren’t wasted as I learnt how to make many plug-ins work properly now… Though I did sacrificed a little for my subscribers for not writing, I am sorry about it and I promise I will write even more quality contents because of the things I have learnt which I wish to share with all of you. There are lots of things coming up!

Ideas
Since contents are the most important thing, I started to jot down all the things I need to do for blogging.

1. Writting Contents
2. Traffic Attraction
3. Traffic Conversion
4. Money Management
5. Maintenance
6. Reading

Methods
Since I have worked out all the ideas I have to do, I have to adopt a frequency of writing this blog. A healthy blog is about 5 entries a day. However, I have so many things to write about so I will just work out as much as I can without thinking of that guideline for now. No matter what if you don’t have time to write, please don’t even attempt to start.. You are most likely to fail by starting and not maintaining it.  Remember that success is all about action…. No action = no results.

Evaluation
Nobody is perfect in this world.  Just do whatever you need to create something for everybody to see.  Don’t be afraid to be criticized… Don’t feel so egoistic to put something where everybody has been saying that doesn’t work.  If you need a change, just do it.  If you need a whole new restart, just do it if necessary.  Evaluate if you are getting your results, and move on with a change!
