It is way too easy to get into office politics when you have more than two persons working in office according to hierarchy. Where it is easy to bring across your communication to another in a two man show, three man show will start to get a little complicated. It seems to be always the case of two persons being more sticky to each other, making their communication a little out of way for the third person. And when there are employees inside, the whole office politics is completely started.

Having partners to work in different locations, it is only to make the whole company power decentralized. Partners of different locations will tend to have their way of working. Although office politics is not supposed to be part of the ingredient in our everyday working life, it will just spark off when we have more than two persons in an office. However, it is a different situation for a family living under one roof… Not because they already know each other for long, but it is because a person has two different personalities in two different situations respectively as follows:

1. A situation involving the process of making money. Where money is concerned, it seems to have hit a person badly because of his or her money patterns in his or her life. Money can make a person to be bonded to his or her job for life! Money seems to be a riskier choice than life… People seem to be more willing to try bungee jumping than to throw $10,000 in business startup.
2. All other situations which are not involving making money, but they can still involve the process spending money. You may see a person very willing to lend you money, or even to spend money on you… Or that person might be really nice in every way that you see… But watch out! This person can have a totally different personality when it involves anything to do with making money!

Suddenly, I have the thought of writing this article because of difference in office politics I had gone through when I was with more than 10 people in an office… versus working alone… Working on yourself is simply very straightforward… You have yourself to be answerable… You have to work out all the things…

But when you start to expand to have two staff or more, office politics seem to be unavoidable… Where you might not feel it yourself, the two of them might already start a politic against you! That’s because the two staff could be working too long together to be bonded more than with you… On the other hand, when you try to bond the two of them together, it seems again to have two out of the three to be more close…

What’s so wrong with this world of office politics… Anyway, a new business has created out of such demand! And that’s the books I am referring to…
