I have been working for a while in providing IT solutions to companies, and being a value-added service for Cisco, 3Com, Intel, Microsoft, D-Link, Hewlett Packard, Compaq, IBM and Seagate and MYOB Accounting Solutions. While doing all these things, the very important point I have been learning all along is to provide value-added products and services to the customers. Same goes to making money online where it proves to be a value when you are determined to do something long enough to let everybody see. (which is sharpening my website reviewing skills, thanks to the reviewees giving me the chance!)

It’s about values! Not about good or bad!
No matter how beautiful your website is, how wonderful your website is, or even how bad and ugly your website is, it goes to show how much value you are providing to your customers which is the most important. These values vary in different prices you are comfortable to ask for. While many bloggers out there might have commented about my video quality and sound quality or even recommended using Camtasia instead of HyperCam2, they are only “loudspeakers” telling everybody what is good or bad without actually making money out of it. I know of a few who even attempt to provide video review which doesn’t really work for them in the end.

Copycats with no innovation wouldn’t work temporarily or permanently…
Writing reviews and presenting the websites on vide, are part of the skills which need time to evolve properly into. Just like how much other fast food outlets who always try to emulate how McDonald’s does his business… They always don’t seem to get the right setting like McDonald’s. Many of them have burgers which are a lot better than McDonald’s. But they will never get the same kind of profits McDonald’s is reaping. There are some which even went out of business after a while.

Same goes for the many blogs out there. Many of them tried to follow exactly the same thing done by the famous internet marketers and bloggers out there. But the famous internet marketers and bloggers simply carry on taking the lead while the copycats are hopping from one internet opportunity to the other.

What Niche Are You Representing?
What kind of value are your bringing to your blog readers? What’s that something special that cause the people to come back to you? You must have something special… Maybe just something unique from the rest of us… Maybe it’s because you are very young? Or very old? Or showing off your wealth? Or even copying the internet model exactly but in a fun way? Or maybe you are the one we just wish to find out more? Or maybe you are a singer? A programmer? A hawker? An engineer? Just show off that something in your blog!

How long have you been working on it?
I have come to learn that any business we do, must be long enough to be recognized as a long-lasting business. Many people working online, simply jump from opportunity to opportunity without staying in the opportunity long enough to show their prowess… Nobody likes to work with short-timers in business… I won’t know how long these guys will be able to work with me before they see their first dollar… Most likely even before they get to see it, I don’t get to see them anymore!

Good value or bad value?
I have come to a conclusion that the values in a business cannot be judged as good or bad. They are all exchangeable for money! People pay you for your value… And you are the one who is going to determine your price of your own value by measuring the marketing campaigns you are adopting. So stay by your values, and be proud of it!

Working for someone? Or doing your own business?
In fact, every one of us are working on something ot provide value… You are working for your boss because your boss recognizes your value to pay you. In other words, everyone of us is our own boss no matter where we go. The whole idea about being employees is that they are too lazy to discover how to make money and hence they are leaving it to their boss to make for them while they provide their values accordingly for a monthly constant salary…

Anyway, the good thing about values is that it is not a constant price like monthly salary. Monthly salary might be good to many employees out there. But value is the one which is going to make you lots of money more. And people who are taking monthly salary are most hit in both good and bad economy… because in good times, they have to pay higher price to buy their goods… And in bad times, they are either retrenched or having no bonus salary…

Yep, that’s what it is. This is probably the best make money online tip of all. If you don’t give value to anything (i.e. your sites, your readers, your competitors) you won’t achieve anything at all.

BTW, how’s your experience with HyperCam2?

HyperCam2 is quite good to use! Especially value for money than Camtasia. In fact, I questioned HyperCam developer about some things which seem to lose out to Camtasia… He was explaining to me the problem with YouTube video which will create the same effect even if I use camtasia…
