Microsoft PowerToys for Windows XP

I wonder why Microsoft don’t want to include all these powertoys in the installation of Windows XP. They are very useful and yet free to download. They didn’t advertise these tools either. Take a look at it.
They have:
- Color Control Panel Applet which is good for photographers and designers to check the consistency of colors showing on the screen and in the print.
- SyncToy which is good for synchronizing your digital cameras, emails, mobile phones, portable media players, camcorders, pdas and laptops.
- RAW Image Thumbnailer and Viewer for organizing your photos in your hard disk.
- ClearType Tuner for tool to read text easily.
- HTML Slide Show Wizard to create html for your photos to place on your website.
- Open Command Window Here provides shortcut way to start dos environment pointing to that folder.
- Alt-Tab Replacement allows you to preview your other programs opened before moving to that program.
- Tweak UI allows you to tweak your windows!
- Power Calculator is a very powerful calculator on top of your normal one.
- Image Resizer is the one I always use to resize multiple images at once without opening your photo editing software!
- CD Slide Show Generator allows you to view images burned in the CD as slide show.
- Virtual Desktop Manager reminds of me KDE and Gnome in linux where I can use 4 different window environment for my different needs.
- Taskbar Magnifier can magnify the screen to let you see clearer!
- Webcam Timershot can take photos at specific timings and save them as well automatically.
Why didn’t Microsoft let us know these good stuff in their windows program itself?
