Sales Copy Is Effective!

Features of a sales copy
- Lengthy Scrolling
- Attractive Heading to Capture Our Heart
- Simply scroll to the bottom, and you will see a price to pay for whatever product
- It is usually another make money online page without telling you much, but just benefits to reap…
- P/S is overused by many people out there….
- How about P/P/S?
- It is likely to be another affiliate-powered payment gateway
- Usually, it contains only 1 link… And that’s to pay
- Usually, it contains only 1 form, and that’s to enter your email…
- So many testimonials… And they are probably also sales writers themselves…
- And many creative techniques
Yes, you might evade sales copy whenever you see one. However, the reason I think sales copy is effective is because I will usually sales is supposed to be used for helping us to understand what product they are trying to sell. Whether this product is good or not, that’s for the online “salesman” to convince us. Though I read quite a lot of sales copies already, I still read to learn from them and to understand their product. That’s how a product can be fully pitched to a person who really wants to buy your product but just need more information and assurance from you!
Don’t like to be pitched? Well, you are probably not interested in that product… For a person who is willing to read a sales copy, he simply wants to be pitched to buy… He has a feeling to buy already… But you are supposed to convince him to take out his “wallet” and buy!
I used to do outdoor sales, direct sales and also retail sales. I read books to improve my communication skills and to apply them in my sales job. It is pretty much the same meaning for a sales copy. But sales copy is just about you performing, while the reader is sitting there to convince himself… Just the same as when you are selling to a customer, (if you have noticed) every customer always like to be “controlled” by the salesman to be led to a deal… And if the customer takes over the control to lead the salesman, I think it comes with the natural talent from the salesman to close the deal unnaturally…
Having to convert my physical selling skill into an Internet selling skill, I have to see everything from the point of the words… I will also think back of those customer rejections and to write an effective sales copy to give them every reason why it is good to buy! If my prospect wants to see proof, I have to provide proof… if my prospect wants to know more, I have to give him a sample chapter in exchange for an email to see to his needs… If my prospect wants to try it out, give him a money-back guarantee since it is totally risk-free! Everything is talking about value for money….
Value for money means that this product is going to provide 10 times more value than what we pay for! Add that with some viral marketing to let the whole world know… That’s the auto-selling promotion where the product sells for itself even before you start to talk to the prospect!
